Problem: The equipment on-site is causing issues for left-handed users when they switch the direction of the wheel, resulting in the motor shutting down. With many new users to the equipment, it is not reasonable to train each individual on-site.
Solution: To address this problem, I created a one-page infographic to provide clear instructions on how to change equipment needs while also being aware of the risks to the equipment.
The following elements were included in the infographic:
Clear and concise instructions.
Visual aids: The infographic include relevant images and diagrams
Highlighting the risks: The infographic should clearly highlight the risks associated with improper use of the equipment. This will help users to understand the importance of following the instructions provided.
Outcome: By creating a one-page infographic that provides clear instructions and highlights the risks associated with improper use of the equipment, left-handed users and new users can quickly and easily understand how to properly use the equipment.
